The Vanilla bear is sick again this morning! But....the Hubbie says he will stay with her, so I can go to the quilt show in Monroe. Maybe I am a horrible mother, but I am desperate to get out of the house! I'm going to do it! It's national quilting day and I'm excited!
I don't think it's being a horrible mother to have the need to get out and do something non-house oriented. Would you say your husband is a horrible father because he has to go to work and leave the house? Of course not. It isn't like you just constantly find ways to get out and selfishly do things for yourself, while leaving the girls with a sitter or something. Enjoy the quilt show! Maybe you'll get some really neat ideas for quilting projects there!
ReplyDeleteI know that in my head but being eager to run put of the house when my baby has a fever makes me feel horrible. I had a fabulous time, though. A post with pictures to come.
